Dr. Bernd Malmström

Dr. Bernd Malmström 2005 decemberében lett tagja a Társaság Felügyelő Bizottságának. 2006 szeptember 26-án az IFCO Felügyelő Bizottság elnökének választották meg. Mr. Malmström a németországi Kieli és Freiburgi Egyetemen tanult jogot, és jogi PhD-val rendelkezik. Mr. Malmström ügyvédként praktizál. Ezt megelőzően különböző vezetői pozíciókat töltött be a Deutsche Bahn AG, Stinnes AG, Schenker-Rhenus-Group és a VEBA AG társaságoknál. Ezen kívül Mr. Malmström igazgatósági tag a következő cégeknél: BLG Logistics Group AG & Co. KG (Tanácsadó Testület), Deutsche Afrika-Linien GmbH & Co. KG (Tanácsadó Testület), time: matters GmbH (a Tanácsadó Testület elnöke), Fraport AG (2009 december 31-ig volt a Tanácsadó Testület tagja), HHLA Intermodal GmbH (Felügyelő Bizottság), K + S AG (Felügyelő Bizottság), VTG AG (Felügyelő Bizottság), Lehnkering GmbH (a Felügyelő Bizottság elnöke), Stinnes Corporation , New York (2009 december 31-ig volt a Felügyelő Bizottság elnöke) és Schweizer Bundesbahn SBB AG (Igazgatósági Testület). Mr. Malmström ezen pozíciója eredetileg négy (4) évre szólt, melynek időtartama 2009 március 27-i újrakinevezésével újabb négy évvel nőtt.
